How Do I – Turn The Lights On On The Top Terrace?

If you make your way to the utility room (top floor wasing m/c & freezer etc) if you plug in the little transformer above the freezer into the socket, little blue lights will come on on the top terrce – enjoy.
(remember to unplug before retiring).
